Renata - CALM -CHAOS
This collection is a collaboration between two artists, a photographer with another photographer, friends, a tutor and a pupil to each other. We wanted to desexualise the female body but at the same time show its beauty. It was a personal process for Renata since she has struggled to accept her body her whole life. We created a series of images depicting Renata naked in an ancient silver birch forest and quarry bare against wood, stone and earth surfaces that help amplify feelings of calmness, well-being and grounding. The descriptions for each image are in the words of Renata.
