Wendy Williams Cpagb
Capturing the momentI have always enjoyed photography but became more interested after completing a Short Open University Course (T189) and joining my local Camera Club. I have had images published in calendars and local press, sold a number at exhibitions and won competitions. I also enjoy sports photography particularly at the Goodwood Revival with the old vehicles but as at most sporting venues you can't sell images! I hope you enjoy viewing my images as much as I like taking them.

Norway Cruise - "Aurora Explorer" aboard the Cruise Liner Saga Sapphire
Images taken on a cruise along the coast of Norway, Scandinavia, to see the Northern Lights. No images of the Lights as I don't consider them to be up to standard due to being taken from a moving, pitching and rolling vessel on a rather rough sea. However, the images I did get almost made up for it as we sailed the Norwegian fjords and travelled North of the Arctic Circle. A beautiful place with incredible light.
Gwynedd Images
Gwynedd is a county and preserved county in the north-west of Wales. It shares borders with Powys, Conwy County Borough, Denbighshire, Anglesey over the Menai Strait, and Ceredigion over the River Dyfi. The scenic Llyn Peninsula and most of Snowdonia National Park are in Gwynedd. This collection includes various images taken in the county including waterfalls and rivers, lakes and coastal images.
Sunrises and sunsets
A collection of mainly pictureque sunsets, from the UK and abroad, as I am not renown for rising early, but I really love sunsets especially at the coast with the reflections of the colours in the sea and on the sand. Some are bright orange and others more pinks and purples. This is one of my favourite genres of photography.
North Wales (Cyrmu)
North Wales is a place very close to my heart being the place that I spent most of my childhood holidays. I am also married to a proud Welshman so visit and enjoy the area whenever we can. Images of iconic places such as Landudno feature as well as some lesser known places. Who needs to go abroad with scenery like this!
Devon Wall Art
Devon is a diverse county with everything from the bustling cities of Plymouth and Exeter to the varied coastlines of the Jurassic Coast in the east, the AONB in the North and the English Riviera with its palm trees and abundance of family friendly holiday resorts in the south. If that wasn’t enough, Devon has two National Parks, plenty of waterways and countrysides perfect for a rural or riverside retreat and plenty of things to see and do. Images mainly of Brixham.
Andorra Ski Resort Snowscapes and landscapes
Winter landscape snow scenes taken in Ski resorts in Andorra, a small Principality between France and Spain in the Pyrenees. A very special place as it where I discovered my passion for skiing. Not being a sporty person this came as somewhat of a surprise!
Waterfalls of the UK
Waterfalls have always fascinated me and I love photographing them to capture this incredible feeling so that I can look at them whenever I feel the need. Many feature autumn colours and are taken using a slow shutter preed to enhance the feeling of movement. Waterfalls are said to induce a feel-good factor so if you can't physically get to one having a photo on your wall must be the next best thing!
The Isle of Anglesey (Ynys Mon), Wales
Images taken on some of our visits to the beautiful island of Anglesey, North Wales, including the gateway - the spectacular and historic Menai Bridge, beautiful sandy beaches, secluded coves and the coastal path - A perfect place to enjoy the scenery and peace and tranquilty like nowhere else.
Landscapes of Mountains and Snow
Landscapes and snow scenes from Ski resorts in Andorra where I first discovered my passion for skiing, Austria where we have had many fantastic trips with a small company that provide a really personal service in resorts that are quiet so no waiting in big queues for the lifts and the more well -known resort of Zell Am See, and Italy where the slopes are wide and forgiving. There is something quite special about snowy landscapes!
Winter Snowscapes of Austrian Alps
Snow covered landscapes of alpine ski resorts in the beautiful country of Austria (Tyrol) including some from quieter and less well known yet equally stunning resorts in the Zillertal Valley, the more well-known resort of Mayrhofen being a little further along the valley. Most images taken whilst on skiing holidays with Redpoint Holidays but also some in the more well known resort of Zell Am See.
Gower Peninsular, Wales
The Gower or the Gower Peninsula is in the southwest of Wales (Cymru). The peninsula projects westwards into the Bristol Channel and is the most westerly part of the historic county of Glamorgan. In 1956, the majority of the Gower became the first area in the United Kingdom to be designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This collection includes some of it's most beautiful seascapes and scenery
