Age of Steam canvas
A 1921, 10 tonne Steam Roller made by Aveling & Sterling of England. The traction engine is seen building up steam the Monday after a weekend Steam fair. After building up steam for 2 hrs it should then be ready to roll on home just 7 miles away from Evesham, Worc, England, UK, where photographed. Having spoken to its owner, for at least 20 yrs of its life it had been left in a children’s School playground. This image is a variation of the same image for sale named 'Bygone Years'.
