I first picked up a camera in the mid 1980's shooting motorsports. I tried various genres, such as still life, portraiture, weddings etc. eventually settling on nature & landscape photography as my main interest. Having spent many of my childhood holidays in the English Lake District, I have rediscovered my love for the outdoors & the rugged mountain landscapes of the Lake District & Scotland, where I now spend most of my free time practicing photography & loving every minute of it!
