If you are using the Photo4me/PrintShop then, by sending us your image you are automatically acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of the image.

Satisfaction

Please check your items immediately upon receipt. For any questions concerning your order - please call us or email within 7days of delivery. Any errors on delivery or damaged goods must be notified to Photo4me LLP within 7 days of receipt

Delivery

We use various couriers on an express 24hour service. Once a parcel has left us the courier should deliver the next working day. Please note that we cannot refund postage if your parcel is not delivered in the 3-5 working days as stated as we cannot be responsible for the disruption to a couriers service.

Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of our product, we respectfully ask all of our customers to choose their images carefully. Every item that we sell will be made upon order. And we will not refund if the customer just does not like the image.

Size matters

Too small. If you decide that the print you have received is not large enough then we will be happy to make a larger one for you, however you will have to pay for the return and any additional materials needed.

Too big. If you decide that the print you have received is too big then we will be happy to make a smaller one for you however, you will have to pay for the return and any additional materials needed. We cannot refund any balances due to ordering a smaller product due to the man hours it takes to remake the item.

What you see is what you get?

Please bear in mind, that different monitor settings, resolutions and computer configurations don't allow to ensure that what you see on your computer screen is going to match colours printed on the canvas. There is a major difference in how the colour is created by monitors and when it is printed. We are use the best proofing software that is directing our printers to get exact reproduction of the colours on canvas.

Delivery:

Please allow up-to 21 days for delivery. Depending on your location. (Uk normally within 7 days).

Payment:

Payment may be made online using www.paypal.com Cheques drawn on a UK account in Sterling or UK Postal orders in Sterling. As a last resort, Cash may be sent at your own risk (please send it recorded delivery).

Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
