Since my wife died 4yrs ago I moved to live in Eastbourne, I am retired and spend my time painting and drawing which I have done most of my life, I never went to art school so am mostly self taught I prefer painting in oils, mainly landscapes, but am comfortable painting most subjects such as portraits of people or animals or favourite scenes, I spent most of the 1960s silk screening art posters in London, but have recently begun painting canvas's again having neglected my art whilst raising a family, it's good to get back to it. I do oil paintings on commission, it would depend on what the subject is and what size of canvas used and how long it takes to do the work, as to how much it would cost, I can work from a sketch that I do, but would need to take a photo for colour reference. I am willing to consider most subjects. So please get in touch if you are interested.
